Each GPS unit comes with a Standard GPS Mount. Included are two sets of o-rings (two diameters), plus a backup o-ring in each size, a rubber shim and an X-Lock composite mounting bracket. The rubber shim supports the X-Lock mount which is engineered to attach at any 9° angle and still allow the computer to be mounted forward. The two super durable o-rings secure it to the bar, and the patent-pending X-Lock design will prevent the computer from being knocked out. The new Padrone Plus CC-PA110W stands apart from the rest of the Padrone series with it’s dual-mode backlight, which can be programmed to operate as a either a part-time or full-time LED backlight. In the part-time setting, the backlight is activated for 5 seconds when the mode button is pressed to enable data to be viewed at a glance when riding after dark. When run in the full-time mode, the backlight is activated when motion is detected by the speed sensor and remains on until the rider comes to a stop, effectively working in conjunction with the rider to ensure that the display is always illuminated while the bicycle is in motion.
